The following policies govern the way purchases of Skye Vibes Audio merchandise and other products are handled. Please read these policies carefully before entering into a purchase.

Digital Downloadable Graphics & Media

A 30 Day Money Back Guarantee applies to all downloadable digital media products and graphics purchased from Skye Vibes Audio.


All graphics and digital products are guaranteed to be as advertised on the Skye Vibes Audio website(s) or you will receive your money back. If there is any problem with the digital product(s) you ordered, please contact contactskyeva@gmail.com to report the issue and request a full refund. You must do so within 30 days of the time you purchase the product to receive a refund for your order.

In the unlikely event that any digital item does not function properly, or does not match the description on the Skye Vibes Audio site(s), every effort will be made to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. This may include delivery of the updated/fixed item for you as soon as it becomes available, should you choose to receive the fixed item rather than a refund.

If you choose to receive a refund your access to and usage of the item will be NULL & VOID, and you will no longer have usage rights to use the graphics.

Skye Vibes Audio does not otherwise issue refunds on digital media.

This no-refund rule is standard practice in the downloadable digital graphics and media industry, since full recovery of digital products is not possible. Be sure to read this policy and ask any questions prior to purchasing.

Merchandise & Physical Items

30 Day Guarantee

Skye Vibes Audio offers a 30 Day Gguarantee on every purchase you make at the Skye Vibes Audio shop; if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return it for a refund.

  • You must contact Skye Vibes Audio to request a return within 10 days of receiving the item so that a Return Authorization Number (RAN) may be issued.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and new condition with the RAN # clearly displayed
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable-the actual original shipping charge will be deducted from your refund
  • Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer
  • The item must be received at the return address location given in yourl item return request response within 30 days of delivery
  • Refund will be issued once the item has been received via your original payment method.

*Please Note: If an item is used, damaged or not in the original packaging, Skye Vibes Audio retains the right to issue a partial refund or store credit. Skye Vibes Audio also retains the right to refuse acceptance of unauthorized returns and, it’s discretion, to offer a store credit in place of a monetary refund.

Damaged Merchandise

Please inspect your merchandise carefully upon arrival & report any damaged merchandise to Skye Vibes Audio immediately so that the issue can be resolved as quickly as possible and a replacement product can be shipped to you.  *Damages must be reported within 24 Hours of delivery.

  • Skye Vibes Audio may require a picture of the damaged merchandise to be emailed to contactskyeva@gmail.com along with the damage report so that this information can be submitted to the carrier and a claim can be filed.
  • The packaging and damaged product must be retained until the claim is completed.

Defective or Missing Merchandise

Skye Vibes Audio strives for quality service in every aspect of any order and as a result, these issues rarely arise. However, in the event that a mistake is made with your order, or you receive defective merchandise, please report it to Skye Vibes Audio immediately and the issue will be resolved as quickly as possible. *Defective or Missing Merchandise must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.

  • You will be provided with a return shipping label.
  • Your damaged return item(s) must be received within 14 days of the original dispatch date, for inspection.
  • A replacement will be shipped out once the damaged item is received. If a replacement item is not in stock at the time, a full refund will be promptly issued for the item.

Orders usually ship out in 3-5 business days of cleared payment! 

  • Shipping to the Continental US is Free!
  • Sorry, we can not ship to PO Box Addresses (Physical Addresses Only)
  • Items ship via UPS, USPS or Fedex
  • Additional shipping charges apply to orders shipping to AK and HI.
  • Tracking #’s will be emailed to your email address when available
